Police Chief Smith spearheads weekly community walks amidst rising DC crime rates

D.C.'s acting police chief Pam Smith and several officers hit the streets Wednesday, starting at I and 13th Streets in Southeast, to hear the community's concerns. FOX 5's Sierra Fox caught up with the chief during the safety walk.
