FOX 5's Gwen Tolbart honored by WABJ

FOX 5's Gwen Tolbart was honored at an event in D.C. Thursday held by the Washington Association of Black Journalists. Gwen will also be inducted into the National Association of Black Journalists Hall of Fame later this summer. Congrats Gwen!
