DC man appears in court after deadly carjacking spree

New court documents reveal what the suspect in Sunday's carjacking spree told police. That suspect, 22-year-old Daeyon Ross, appeared in Superior Court Monday. He's charged with assault on a police officer and carjacking, among a slew of D.C. charges. He’s facing even worse – murder and animal cruelty charges in Maryland.
