Potomac Riverkeeper suing U.S. Navy over weapons testing

The Potomac Riverkeeper Network and Natural Resources Defense Council are suing the U.S. Navy over weapons testing in the Potomac. They say the Navy is violating the Clean Water Act. Potomac Riverkeeper Dean Naujoks joined the DMV Zone to explain.
