Retiring flags with Boy Scout Troop 450

National Flag Day is a day that commemorates the adoption of our country's flag. It's also the 248th birthday of the United States Army Band. Our Gwen Tolbart was at National Harbor's Spirit Park where both were being celebrated earlier this week.
