Virginia warns of rise in crashes involving bicycles

Authorities in Virginia are warning that crashes involving bicycles are on the rise. The warnings come as the weather gets warmer, and a lot of cyclists head back out onto the roads. FOX 5’s Josh Rosenthal is in Arlington with more details.
