Black bear sightings becoming more frequent in DMV

A black bear was spotted in downtown Frederick Tuesday morning. FOX 5's Josh Rosenthal spoke to Jonathan Trudeau from the Maryland Department of Natural Resources about what happened and the uptick in black bear sightings across the DMV.
