Maryland Governor Wes Moore signs 'Serve Act' into law
Maryland Gov. Wes Moore signed a bill into law on Monday that will make the state the first to offer a "service year" for high school graduates. FOX 5's Tom Fitzgerald spoke to Paul Monterio, Maryland's secretary of service and civic innovation, about the program.
