11-year veteran of D.C. Police killed in off-duty motorcycle crash

An 11-year veteran of the D.C. Police Department was killed in an early morning off-duty motorcycle crash Friday. Authorities say 32-year old Sergeant Jin Park was riding his motorcycle at the 6800 block of Piney Branch Road and Aspen Street in the northwest around 5:45 a.m. when he was involved in a crash with another vehicle.
