House to vote on DC Police Reform bill Wednesday

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives is set to vote on a police reform bill passed by D.C.'s City Council. It comes a month after Congress struck down D.C.'s new criminal code, and as Republicans in Congress put more scrutiny on crime in the District.
