Joint Base Andrews lockdown lifted after active shooter scare

A scare for those on Joint Base Andrews Thursday after an hours-long lockdown has since been lifted. It all started after reports of a possible active shooter near the base. FOX 5's Jacqueline Matter reports from outside the base with the latest.
