Deadly double shooting in Southeast under investigation

D.C. police are investigating a double homicide on the 500 block of 11th Street SE. On Monday, police identified one of the two men killed during the Sunday night double homicide and crash as 34-year-old Othaniel Gaither of Southeast D.C.
