Black Heritage Museum of Arlington highlights African American's rich history in Northern Virginia
On this last day of Black History Month, we are paying a visit to the Black Heritage Museum of Arlington. Their exhibits and programs teach about the history and achievements of African Americans in Arlington and Northern Virginia's communities. FOX 5's Gwen Tolbart spoke to the museum's director, Scott Edwin Taylor, about some of the exhibits on display. If you would like to support the nonprofit museum by donating exhibit items, educational materials, or funds, your donations are fully tax deductible.
