Montgomery Co. proposes new housing bill

Trying to figure out how to build more affordable housing is an issue that’s been both difficult and controversial for many DMV governments. Now, Montgomery County officials say their firehouses, police stations, and rec centers might hold the answer. FOX 5’s Tom Fitzgerald reports from Chevy Chase with more details.
