Community reacts to Karon Blake's accused killer being charged

The D.C. government employee accused of killing a 13-year-old he suspected of breaking into cars turned himself in Tuesday morning. Jason Lewis, 41, was indicted and arrested for second-degree murder while armed. FOX 5's Josh Rosenthal spoke to Blake's grandfather and D.C. Councilmember Zachary Parker about the charges.
