DC employee who shot 13-year-old charged with second-degree murder
The D.C. government employee, accused of killing a 13-year-old he suspected of breaking into cars, turned himself in to police Tuesday morning. Jason Lewis, 41, was indicted and arrested for second-degree murder while armed. FOX 5’s Stephanie Ramirez reports from D.C. Superior Court with the latest details.
