Armed serial carjackers injure US Capitol Police officer in crash

United States Capitol Police arrested two armed serial carjackers following a chase through the District Tuesday, according to a USCP spokesperson. The two suspects, Capitol Police said, were found trying to hide behind a Pennsylvania Avenue restaurant’s rear outdoor freezer. FOX 5's Stephanie Ramirez reports from D.C. with the latest.
