Former NAACP chairman Ben Jealous is issuing a call for national unity and healing, using his mixed-race background and personal experiences with discrimination. In his new book, “Never Forget Our People Were Always Free: A Parable for American Healing,” he lays out ways for Americans to bridge the divide and come together.
