Thomas Thyme cooks up Chilean Sea Bass and black-eyed peas for a New Year's meal

Local caterer Thomas Thyme joined the LION Lunch Hour crew to serve up some New Years Eve fare - like Chilean Sea Bass and oxtail, plus collard greens and black-eyed peas for a little extra luck for 2023.
