Proposed app would help parents track school buses in Montgomery County

Across the country, school districts are dealing with bus driver shortages which mean pick-up and drop-off times can be inconsistent. One local school district has an app that might be able to help. FOX 5's Josh Rosenthal reports from Bethesda.
