DC AG files second lawsuit against the Commanders

D.C. Attorney General Karl Racine has filed a second lawsuit against the Commanders via Pro Football Inc., which owns the team. Racine claims the team implemented an illegal scheme to cheat D.C. ticket holders out of their deposits for season tickets and use the money for its own purposes.
