Family of 9-year-old hit by car outside of DC charter school files lawsuit

The family of 9-year-old Kaidyn Green, who was hit by a car outside the KIPP DC Public Charter School's Southeast campus, is filing a lawsuit against the school and its security companying, alleging that they did not do enough to protect Kaidyn.
