Montgomery County Assistant Police Chief suspended

FOX 5's Stephanie Ramirez reports Carmen Facciolo, the Assistant Chief for the Montgomery County Police Department, has been suspended with pay, after sources tell FOX 5 that an investigation was launched into whether Facciolo acted in inappropriately during and after an emergency call he responded.
