Johnny Depp's legal team concluded closing arguments by focusing arguments on calling Amber Heard's allegations a lie. During the statements, Depp's lawyer also reminded jurors that Depp's previous lawyer filed a perjury claim against Amber Heard related to her allegations. Depp's lawyers also claimed that Heard took responsibility for and republished the information in the Washington Post Op-Ed that sparked Depp's defamation suit, which they argue proves she defamed him.
