Violent crime spike in DC

The Mayor responded to some of FOX 5''s questions calling for the hiring of more police offices in the District – which is expected to be a hot button topic for this upcoming mayoral election. We asked the Mayor if she feels she and officials have a handle on crime in the District, with total violent crime up 28% right now.
