Reaction to tapping nation's oil reserves

Andrew Lipow of Lipoq Oil Associates told FOX 5 he agrees with the president and that the release of 1 million barrels of oil from the strategic petroleum reserve every day for the next si months will make an immediate difference for drivers at the pump.
