Severe weather strikes the DMV area

Residents in Northwest D.C., McLean, Brookmont, Friendship Heights, Chevy Chase, Silver Spring and more areas around the DMV were advised to seek shelter due to a possible tornado, heavy winds, and thunderstorms.
