Bethesda prom dress giveaway

Today is National Prom Day. It's the day to honor the ultimate experience for American teenagers -- prom night. Since it can get expensive, a group of Bethesda Chevy Chase High School students made it their mission to make sure all students can participate without having to worry about costs.
