Oral surgeon charged with murder makes court appearance

Police say Germantown oral surgeon Dr. James Ryan provided his girlfriend with a deadly supply of prescription drugs. At a court hearing Wednesday, the judge said he believes Dr. Ryan is a flight risk and danger to the community and will be held without bond.
