Confusion reigns as Virginia's school mask mandate ends

In Northern Virginia, masks are officially optional for students in grades K-12 per Governor Glenn Youngkin's executive order. However, schools on federal property like Fort Belvoir Elementary aren't getting that choice and military families on base are upset.
