Returning to normalcy as DC COVID-19 cases drop

The omicron surge has ended dramatically. The Washington D.C. COVID case rate has dropped nearly 90% since last month. As of this week, bars and restaurants are no longer required to check customers’ vaccine status. FOX 5's David Kaplan reports on how people are feeling about returning to normalcy.
