VIDEO: DC Council candidate carjacked in broad daylight; police release video of incident

Nate Fleming, a D.C. politician and Council at Large candidate, was at a gas station in the Northeast over the weekend when he was carjacked at gunpoint in a horrifying incident that was caught on surveillance video.
