'Back Then When: The Golden Era of Washington DC Nightlife' takes a nostalgic look at DC's nightlife through stories and pictures. Author and evipLIST founder E. Taylor was inspired to write the book by DC Decades curator Mustafa Tariq. They will hold a book launch and signing event this Sunday, January 21, from Noon to 3 PM, at Legacy DC's Office located at 1937 14th St. NW 3rd Floor, Washington, DC 20009.
