Postal service ‘ready’ for mail-in ballot process

As more states prepare to start sending out mail-in ballots to voters, the U.S. Postal Service says it will be ready for the surge. U.S. Postmaster General Louis DeJoy says the agency is working to ensure a smooth process, and employees are getting extra training. However, some critical swing states like Pennsylvania and Wisconsin have laws that prevent them from being opened until election day.
