WASHINGTON - Bill McCarren of the National Press Club joins Tom Fitzgerald on this episode of the "On The Hill" podcast. Bill and Tom look at the story of Austin Tice, the American Journalist who's been held in Syria since 2012. The FBI has a $1 million reward for Tice's return. Bill talks about "Night Out For Austin," which will be held on May 2, where restaurants from around the country will donate a portion of their proceeds to the effort to #FreeAustinTice.
