After nearly a decade covering entertainment, sports, and culture in New York City, Christopher Harris returned home and joined the FOX 5 DC Digital Team in 2021.
Christopher is a seasoned journalist hailing from Montgomery County. He's a proud graduate of St. John's University in Queens, New York, which is where he first discovered his passion for storytelling.
Since then, Christopher has written for several esteemed outlets, such as Rolling Stone, The Washington Post, The Village Voice, MTV News, Complex, Ebony Magazine, and ESPN's The Undefeated.
He's interviewed various influential figures, from athletes (Shaquille O'Neal, Gabby Douglas, Emmitt Smith, Kevin Durant), to Grammy Award-winning entertainers (Ludacris, 50 Cent, Post Malone), supermodel Chrissy Teigen, way too many rappers, and many more.
Now, he's covering crime, politics, and local happenings in the DMV area. He's a healthy lifestyle and fitness enthusiast who enjoys live music, traveling, spending time with family, and outdoor adventures.
