Watch: 'Call on Jesus' bus explodes in ball of flames

Dramatic video shows the moment a "Call on Jesus" bus exploded in Shreveport, Louisiana, Wednesday and sent debris flying into nearby cars and businesses. 

Witnesses were audibly shaken by the blast, saying that they "felt it" even from across the street. 

What we know:

 Firefighters said they responded Wednesday afternoon to reports of a Sportran bus that was on fire. When they arrived, the fuel tank ruptured, causing a major explosion that sent black smoke and debris flying into the air.

Officials said it took 18 firefighters and six trucks to put out the flames. No injuries were reported, but nearby cars and businesses were damaged. The 11 passengers in the van were evacuated before the explosion. 

The Shreveport Fire Department said it is investigating the incident.
