Virginia State Police investigating fatal crash in Loudoun County
LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. (FOX 5 DC) - Virginia State Police want to hear from anyone who witnessed a deadly crash last week in Loudoun County.
Police say the crash happened last Wednesday on Belmont Ridge Road near Legacy Park Drive.
According to police, an 18-year old driving a Volkswagen somehow lost control, hopped over the median and struck another car head-on.
Ammie Cho, the driver of the car that was hit, died at the scene, police say. Cho was driving her 4-year-old daughter to school at the time of the crash.
Police say Cho's daughter, along with the 18-year old driver, were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
