A man accused of arson has been arrested after investigators say he started a fire at a Prince George's County townhouse that left nine people out of a home and two firefighters injured.

27-year-old Aaron Christopher Davis was arrested Monday and faces multiple charges, including arson and three counts of attempted first-degree murder after they say he started the fire at the home in the 11500 block of Dunloring Drive.

Investigators released video they say shows Davis at the house prior to the fire starting. In it, he can be seen near the front of the structure before the fire starts. In another part of the video, flames can be seen engulfing the back porch.

Court documents say Davis is known to local authorities, that he is a gang member of The Bloods and that he hit the wrong house. Documents also say that police used the video to ID Davis, first by someone who lived nearby, then a local gang investigator.

The fire also damaged two nearby townhouses before being extinguished. The two firefighters who sustained minor injuries were treated and released from a hospital.

The damage is estimated at $320,000.
