WASHINGTON - More than 15 million viewers have seen an alarming video going viral on TikTok showing a pit bull attacking a Prince George’s County woman while she’s sitting inside her car, a Tesla.
The dog then begins to tear apart the Tesla.
In the TikTok from user @toodiesangelxx, you can see a pit bull bite at a Tesla Model 3’s tires, side door, and even the lining as the driver tried to roll her windows up.
Monday afternoon Prince George’s County Animal Control emailed FOX 5’s Tisha Lewis detailing how the dog was detained — apparently the dog was tased before being brought to animal control.
Prince George’s County Animal Control says they are looking into this and working with police to investigate. Based on the video and the TikTok post, police say this happened the afternoon of December 2nd in Temple Hills. Police say the victim was apparently bitten by the dog. She posted pictures showing her injuries.
FOX 5 also reached out to Tesla and we’re awaiting their response.
