FOX 5 has learned that, during a previous incident, Dixon had pulled a gun on a homeless woman who’d entered the condominium.

Takoma Park police indicated that they investigated the previous incident, and Dixon declined to mention that he'd pulled out a gun, saying only that he'd used pepper spray after the woman swung an object at him.

Dixon was not charged with a crime at the time, but now that the video has surfaced, he will face a charge in connection with the incident.

In another incident, Dixon told police that someone approached his car in a threatening manner, holding a hatchet. Dixon says the man backed off when he displayed his service weapon.
