LAUREL, Md. - Delays can be expected along Interstate 95 in Laurel after a tractor-trailer's fuel tank ruptured.

The incident happened Wednesday morning along the southbound lanes of I-95 at MD-216/Scaggsville Road.

FOX 5's Erin Como says exit ramps are blocked and traffic is only getting by along the left lane.
