Teen struck by MARC train in Laurel, police say
LAUREL, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - A teen boy was struck by a MARC train in Laurel on Monday, according to police.

Prince George's County Police say the teen was struck by MARC train 850 near the Laurel station when they were taking a shortcut across the tracks with a group of other young people.
The teen is in critical but stable condition at this time, according to police. He was transported to Shock Trauma in Baltimore after he was struck.
Train service was suspended in both directions during an investigation.
