Suspect wanted after man shot, killed in Northeast DC: police

WASHINGTON - D.C. police are investigating a fatal shooting in Northeast Monday afternoon. 

Officers responded to the scene in the 1800 block of Benning Rd., NE, where they found an adult man, not conscious and not breathing. Police say homicide units have been called to the scene. 

At this time, police have issued a lookout for a suspect described as a Black man wearing a black puffy, shiny jacket, with black pants, white shoes and a gray satchel. A photo of the alleged suspect is below:
