WASHINGTON - Police are asking for the public's help in identifying and locating a suspect in connection with an assault with intent to commit sexual abuse in Northeast.
The incident occurred in the 2100 block of Lincoln Road at around 5 a.m. on November 29. A black male suspect forcibly attempted to sexually assault a victim inside his vehicle.
The victim sustained minor injuries as a result of the assault.
The suspect is described as a black male, light complexion, with a goatee. He is 50 to 55 years old and under six-foot. He was last seen wearing a tan coat, black skull cap and blue jeans.
He was last seen operating a four-door vehicle, possibly an SUV or crossover, white in color and with damage to the front of the vehicle.
