SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, Calif. (KTVU) - Surveillance video shows a mountain lion on the property of a Santa Cruz County home.
In the video, the mountain lion leaps over a 6' tall fence. The video was taken earlier this month at 1 a.m.
The mountain lion has made appearances on the motion-triggered camera three times since July.
The property owner says the puma has apparently been tagged by researchers since the first video was taken.
The Santa Cruz Puma Project says this mountain lion is their most recently collared cat. You can track the mountain lion - 77M - here.
The property where 77M was spotted is located along Graham Hill Road near Pasatiempo.
The video has some neighbors saying they are keeping a close eye on their pets.
According to the Santa Cruz Puma Project the maximum height a mountain lion can jump is about 12 to 15 feet.
