Steady showers and heavy thunderstorms expected for Saturday
Overnight storms have cleared but a wet Saturday is on the way.
Isolated showers will remain throughout the area Friday with temperatures in the low 80s and mostly cloudy skies.
The night should be dry, however, rain is expected to start around 8 a.m. Saturday morning. A Flash Flood Watch has been issued starting Friday night through Saturday.
Heavy rain is set to make its way into the area by Saturday afternoon and evening.
A risk of severe weather is possible with 2 to 3 inches of rain expected over the course of the day. The heaviest will fall anywhere between 6 p.m. and midnight.
Sunday looks a lot better with partly sunny skies and temperatures in the 80s.
