WASHINGTON - DC police say a man is conscious and breathing after a shooting Sunday morning in Shaw.
The shooting happened around 11:59 a.m. near 7th and T streets NW.
A bystander shared a photo of the crime scene outside the neighborhood's HalfSmoke restaurant with FOX 5 DC.
No other details were immediately available.
