Several injured after crash in Olney

OLNEY, Md. - At least four people have been injured after a serious car crash in Olney.

Montgomery County police say three vehicles, including a landscaping truck carrying a trailer, were involved after a head-on collision occurred on Olney Laytonsville Road (Route 108) near Zion Road.

One adult victim was extricated after being trapped from their vehicle and is being transported by helicopter to the hospital.

Route 108 was closed for several hours between Brookeville Road and Zion Road before reopening at around 9 p.m.
