Seat Pleasant homicide suspects caught in Delaware

Police have caught up with two suspects accused in the Friday shooting death of a man in Seat Pleasant.

Police began investigating after they responded to a reported shooting in the 200 block of 68th place and found 31-year-old Eric Smith suffering from gunshot wounds.

They say the two suspects in his death - 36-year-old Larence Godfrey Jr. and 41-year-old Michelle Godfrey - were located in Delaware, where they're awaiting extradition back to Prince George's County.

They will be charged with first and second-degree murder.

According to police, the incident was the result of an ongoing dispute between Larence Godfrey and Smith.
